Randstad National Recruiting is seeking 15 qualified Customer Service Representatives. This is a 5 month temporary assignment lasting through the end of 2009. This is also a part time position with flexible hours. Working at least 30 hours a week Sunday through Saturday.

Job duties:
* Research and respond to customer inquiries
* Review and update customer records on computerized data base
* Resolve problems and refer to responsible parties
* Perform due dilligence on customer inquiries through oral communication

Working hours: 12-11

Required skills:
* College level education
* Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
* Superior customer service skills
* Able wo multi-task (talking on the phone and keying in information on the computer at the same time)

Hours to work - 30 hours a week, Sunday through Saturday, between 12 pm and 11 pm
