Sales Agent

High volume sales agent needed for our Pooler branch. We are seeking a sales motivated closer with a desire to prospect and service clients from a variety of industries.

Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of business to business sales and sales management experience preferably in the staffing industry. Ideal candidates will also have experience with attaining personal and team goals, managing a book of business, and working to measurable results as an indicator of success.

In this high profile role, you will have a hand in outside sales, client relationship management, and recruiting.

Our Agents manage both client and talent (temporary employees) while consultatively selling Randstad's staffing solutions. This includes recruiting, coaching, and developing talent for the right positions and creating the best client/talent match.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm
